By accessing or using GhostringPH, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

GhostringPH is a listing platform for Ragnarok Origin Classic players to buy and sell in-game items such as MVP cards, accessories, and fashion items. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

We are not affiliated with Gravity Co., Ltd. or any official Ragnarok Online entity.

You must sign in with a valid Discord account to post listings. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

• You may only list items you legitimately own in-game.
• Listings must be accurate — do not misrepresent items, prices, or availability.
• Free accounts may post up to 2 active listings. Premium accounts may post up to 5.
• Listings expire after 2 days (free) or 7 days (premium) and must be re-posted to remain visible.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing without notice.

All trades are conducted entirely between users. GhostringPH does not handle payments, hold funds, or guarantee any transaction.

We strongly recommend using our middleman service for high-value trades. Trade at your own risk.

We are not responsible for scams, failed trades, or disputes between users.

You agree not to:

• Post fraudulent or misleading listings
• Scam, deceive, or defraud other users
• Harass or abuse other users
• Use the platform for any illegal activity
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the platform

Violations may result in immediate account removal.

Premium status is granted manually by the admin after payment via GCash or Maya. Premium listings are displayed above free listings in search results.

Payments are non-refundable once confirmed. Premium status is tied to your account and is non-transferable.

GhostringPH is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from the use of this platform, including failed trades or scams.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
